Arrival & Dismissal

 

Parents and other Visitors to Campus

Minimizing the number of visitors in the building can help reduce the density of occupied spaces. If parents or guests need to enter the school building, they will be required to gain approval from the school director (the primary and secondary school principals in her absence) first, be briefed on school COVID-19 protocols, and verify they do not have symptoms. 

 

Students

In order to maintain a safe distance as students enter or leave the building the following entrances/exits will be used. All students should go immediately to their classrooms.

 

PRIMARY: Students should go immediately to their classrooms

KG	Entrance door to the right of reception
G1	Use entrance at top of playground
G2	Enter through reception
G3	Use entrance at top of playground and go up the stairs by the cafeteria
G4	Entrance door to the right of reception

Dismissal times for Primary School students:

Children will be brought to the front gate by the turnstile to meet their parents, nannies or drivers. It is very important that children are picked up on time.  

SECONDARY: All students should go immediately to their assigned classrooms.

G6	Grades 6-10 will enter building C through the first door after entering campus - closest to the turnstiles.	15:15	Grades 6-10 will exit from the C building from the doors across from the covered pitch and leave campus through the turnstiles at the MAIN gate.

G11	Grades 11-12 will walk around building B and then enter building A through the main doors.	15:20	Grades 11-12 will exit  building A from main doors, walk around the play area, alongside the covered pitch, and leave campus through the turnstiles at the MAIN gate.

Please note: If an older student needs to pick up their younger siblings, please meet them in the courtyard, and then immediately leave the campus through the main exit/turnstiles. 

 

Transportation

The following procedures will be implemented on our school buses: 

• Bus drivers will be fever and symptom free

• All buses are disinfected before each ride

• Bus monitors will screen the temperatures of those who are boarding 

• The driver, monitor and all students will be required to wear face masks

• Students will have assigned seating 

Carpooling

We encourage families to carpool in order to reduce density on buses and avoid public transportation.
